ProMax Shine is an outdoor cleaning and maintenance business based in Nottingham. It offers solar panel bird proofing, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter clearance and cleaning, soffit and fascia cleaning, driveway and patio cleaning, render cleaning, roof repairs and maintenance, and bird spike and netting installation.

The business covers Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands. For solar panel bird proofing, ProMax Shine removes nesting material and birds humanely, then fits black PVC coated galvanised steel mesh around the panels to seal the perimeter. The mesh is almost invisible and allows panels to vent and cool. Roof cleaning includes moss removal by hand followed by biocide treatment, or steam cleaning followed by biocide treatment. Gutter clearing, soffit, fascia and window cleaning are included with the steam clean option. For guttering, the business clears blockages, repairs and replaces guttering, and unblocks downpipes. Solar panel cleaning removes traffic film, pollen, dust, algae, moss and lichen.

ProMax Shine has been trading since 2017. The business uses mobile scaffolding for safe roof access and a hot water roof cleaning unit. Free quotations are offered, with home visits available to assess the work. The business also provides free solar panel cleaning and gutter clearing with every bird proofing installation.
