Terms for listings and Premium

Listings

A listing is free, claimed or not, and stays free. Corrections are made without charge, and a request to come off the site is honoured. The order of listings on any page is how recently each listing's public details were checked and how complete they are. No payment affects it.

Claiming a listing

Claiming is free. It lets you correct your listing and receive enquiries and a monthly report. A claim is approved when your email address is on your own website's domain and that website still shows your business, or after we check it against the phone number or email your business publishes.

Premium

Premium costs £12 a month plus VAT. It adds your price list per pest, your availability (such as same-day wasp visits), photos of your work, a note above your enquiry form, and a yearly verification check, with the "Owner verified (paid check)" badge once it is done. We do not promise any number of enquiries, and Premium never changes where you appear.

Price and VAT

VAT is charged on every payment. Prices on this site are shown before VAT; VAT at the standard UK rate (currently 20%) is added, so Premium is £14.40 a month in total. Your receipt shows the VAT charged. A price change is emailed to you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before it does.

Buying as a business

Premium is sold to businesses only, so the 14-day cancellation right that consumers have does not apply. You can still cancel at any time.

Payment and renewal

Stripe takes payment monthly in advance, and Premium renews each month until you cancel.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel at any time from your dashboard. Premium then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

What you add to your profile

Your price list must be the prices you actually charge, and photos must be your own work. We may remove anything that breaks these rules, and we will tell you when we do.

Enquiries

An enquiry carries the customer's contact details so you can reply. Use them to answer that enquiry and do that job, and for nothing else.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss arising from the site, the listings, enquiries, Premium or any firm's services, whether direct or indirect, including loss of profit, business or goodwill. We do not promise any number of views, calls or enquiries, or that the site will always be available. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Complaints and changes

Tell us through the contact form and we reply within 14 days. A change to these terms is emailed to paying firms at least 30 days before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
