Termipest is a pest control business in Leeds providing rat, mouse, wasp, flea, fly, cockroach, bedbug, clothes moth and vermin control services. It also offers bird control for domestic and commercial customers.

Rats are treated with a poison containing a mummifying agent that slows decomposition and eliminates odours when they die in inaccessible places such as lofts, cavity walls and under kitchens. Brown rats eat meat and carrion and infest public tips, slaughterhouses, domestic dwellings, warehouses, shops and supermarkets. Squirrels and foxes are also controlled. The business explains that rats increase due to mild winters and food readily available from rubbish and bird feeding. Once inside a property they spread through lofts, under houses, through cavity walls and up under kitchens where pipes enter.

Bird removal is offered as birds can dislodge roof tiles, block guttering and spread diseases including E.Coli and salmonella. Termipest covers Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield. The business uses safe and humane products for vermin control. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
