Mid Sussex council pest control

There is no council service to book. A private pest controller is the route for every pest.

• Businesses: the council does not treat businesses; use a private firm
• Notes: Council page (updated 11 Apr 2025): 'the Council no longer operate a pest control service'. Year of withdrawal not stated.

Status: Withdrawn. Fees as published, read on the council's own fees page, checked 2026-10-02.

Burgess Hill, East Grinstead, Hassocks and Hurstpierpoint, Haywards Heath

Private firms usually come sooner, treat more pests and give a guarantee. Here is what each service involves and costs.

• Rat control
• Mouse control
• Wasp nest removal
